1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the King Laro platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of King Laro immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. King Laro will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use King Laro, you must meet all of the following conditions:

- You must be a resident of, or physically located in, the Philippines at the time of play. King Laro is intended for Philippine residents and operates under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a King Laro employee or of any company that provides services to King Laro.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been banned from King Laro.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
King Laro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Players who cannot provide satisfactory verification may have their accounts suspended pending review.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on King Laro. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, contact details, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. King Laro may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and withhold associated balances pending investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your details if they change. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, and active mobile number. King Laro cannot be held responsible for communication failures caused by outdated contact information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your King Laro username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact King Laro support immediately. We recommend:
- Using a unique password not shared with any other platform.
- Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
- Never sharing your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be King Laro staff.
- Logging out of shared or public devices after each session.
3.4 KYC Verification
Before your first withdrawal, King Laro requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Acceptable documents include a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. KYC is a one-time process typically reviewed within one to two business days.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Currency
All transactions on King Laro are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Amounts are displayed in PHP and charged accordingly. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in pesos is what your account receives.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
King Laro currently accepts the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. 4.3 Deposit Limits and Processing
Minimum deposit is ₱100 for e-wallets. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are detailed in the Cashier section. E-wallet deposits are credited in real time. Bank transfers may take up to one hour depending on the provider.
4.4 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. King Laro processes withdrawal requests Monday through Sunday, including public holidays. Internal review takes between 15 minutes and 4 hours for e-wallets; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. King Laro does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or e-wallet provider.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may be delayed or held in the following circumstances: KYC verification is incomplete; the account name does not match the destination payment account; the withdrawal falls within an active bonus wagering requirement; or the transaction is flagged for routine security review. King Laro will communicate the reason for any hold via account notification or email.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by King Laro are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) meaning you must wager the bonus amount that many times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.2 Claiming Bonuses
Bonuses must be claimed within the validity window stated on the promotion. Expired promotions cannot be retroactively applied. Each promotion is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless otherwise specified. King Laro reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
5.3 Bonus Misuse
King Laro actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bonus funds to place low-risk hedge bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.
5.4 Promotional Changes
King Laro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice. Changes to active promotions that materially affect players already participating will be communicated via in-platform notification or email before they take effect.
6. Gameplay Rules
All games available on King Laro operate under specific game rules that are accessible within each game client. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to disconnection, server errors, or game freezing — King Laro will apply the following resolution policy:
- If a game round was completed and the result recorded before disconnection, the recorded result stands.
- If a game round was interrupted before completion and no result was recorded, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
- King Laro is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary per game and are displayed within the game interface before each round. Players are responsible for verifying bet amounts before confirming any wager. Bets accepted and confirmed by King Laro's system are final.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
King Laro maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any activity that compromises the fairness or integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Cheating and fraud: Including but not limited to collusion with other players, match-fixing, use of unauthorized bots or automated software, exploiting game bugs, or any attempt to manipulate outcomes.
- Money laundering: Using King Laro to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. King Laro complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
- Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's payment details, or impersonating another King Laro player.
- Harassment: Any abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior directed at King Laro staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet while using King Laro in bad faith constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
Players found in violation of these fair play rules may have their accounts suspended without notice, winnings voided, and balances confiscated pending investigation. King Laro cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
8. Responsible Gaming
King Laro is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all King Laro players at no cost:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling period for increases.
- Session time reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
- Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from King Laro. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the specified period.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the King Laro platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the property of King Laro or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use King Laro's platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on King Laro without prior written consent.
Game titles and their associated content (including JILI Slots titles) are the intellectual property of their respective developers and are used by King Laro under license. Unauthorized use of game content outside the King Laro platform is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
King Laro provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times.

King Laro's total liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's King Laro account at the time of the claim.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 Suspension by King Laro
King Laro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — if there is reasonable evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or its players. In cases of confirmed fraud, associated balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited.
11.2 Account Closure by Player
Players may close their King Laro account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met. Accounts cannot be closed while an active bonus is still in play unless the bonus balance is forfeited.
11.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. King Laro will notify you by email before applying any dormancy fee. After 24 months of inactivity, a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 may be deducted from the remaining balance until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.
12. Changes to These Terms
King Laro may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players at least 14 days in advance via email and in-platform notification.
Your continued use of King Laro after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of King Laro — including disputes about these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
King Laro complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations, data protection laws (including the Data Privacy Act of 2012), and Anti-Money Laundering Act requirements. Players are also responsible for ensuring that their use of King Laro complies with the laws of their specific location within the Philippines.
